Need cabinet pros drawer advise

Making a pullout for my nailers in a shop cabinet taking advantage of some dead space next to compressor. In mocking this up, I used two 14" full extension drawer slides--what i have available. It works, but is stiff in beginning, then really flexes/bounces when fully extended.

I'm have limited cabinet experience and haven't use bottom mount slides (blum) before. Looking for slide advice how to improve this. I thought about doing a web frame at top, then mount slide on top and bottom, but that seems overly complicated. I'll be adding a pin nailer too and I like the ability to easily reach in grab what I need.

I did a similar pull-out with slides top and bottom.  Makes a big difference if you can make it work in that space..

I can’t tell from the photo but, do you have the slides only on the left side? If so, that is what is causing the flex. If you could add a drawer slide at the very bottom of the right side that would help out the weight distribution and work better. Hope I made sense.

Never mind, I took a closer look at your photo and it shows that you used the two slides at the bottom. I’m no professional but I know those slides are not meant to be installed in that way. Those are to be installed vertically since the all bearings carry the weight when the slides are vertical. Can you install a vertical strip of 3/4”x2” strip on the right side and install the slides vertically?

Thanks for the replies. I defiantly have more room top/bottom and could add a pockethole frame at top and do slides top/bottom, like a sideways drawer. It's kind of an odd "L" thing without much structure--I figured its like a pull out trash drawer, but I don't know what hardware is typical used

Accuride 301-2590. Bottom or Bottom top mount. Very strong, but need space on the bottom as they sit higher (take up more space) than Blum under mount. Can hold a lot of weight.

Quick update on how i went about finishing this "floating" sliding box. I ended up using the Accuride sides I had and raising the box bottom to tuck the slides under (properly). A left side, slide support is pocket screwed into base cabinet with quarter inch offset. It works great, occupies unused space and I can change layout as needed.
