Will the new 5 meter braided hose, fit inside hose garage on a CT36?

Why am I not surprised that no one from Festool has answered this question.

By default the CT 36 comes with a 3.5 m hose, which does wrap nicely in the hose garage. The 5.0 m hose is not likely to fully fit, but we’ll have to try it ourselves on Monday.

Probably because it is not a standard item likely to be out on a demo stand. So, they would have to fill in some paperwork to get one released from a warehouse somewhere (for Festool UK that would mean a German warehouse !) and then they cannot put it back in stock as it has been "used".

A 5 m smooth hose does fit in the garage of my CT26. I had to do it carefully but I imagine it would get easier with practice.

and you can still fit a systainer above (I have put an arrow to show that the hose is under there).
