Hello, I used to have a domino but sold it and purchased a new one 3 months ago but just used it today. All my board were lining up in a way that one board began high on one end and low on the other. I critiqued my form and did about 50 plunges in plywood (suspended not resting tool on tabletop) I cut in half to make sure the joining pieces were identical in dimension. Today I measured the distance from fence to bottom of the tool. I found a difference (fence is not level. I attached an image with a square piece of plywood to illustrate the difference. you can see in the image the right side is flush but the left side has a significant amount of the bottom of face still visible.

Hmmm...Sorry, I don't have any immediate suggestions.  When you lock down the fence, is there any play in it?  Sounds to me like this is a Festool service issue.

If i remember correct i think this may be a problem if you alter the fence height without having the fence in 0deg position. Check out Paul Marcels youtube channel Half-Inch Shy - I think he mention this in the domino review.

Try adjusting the height with the fence in 0deg position and see if the problem still exists.
