I haven't heard of any pre-order deals on the RTS.  But if you are on the market for a CT and/or an MFT you can package that and get 10% off those items.  If you were interested in the PRO 5, you could put that $50 voucher towards the RTS as well if you time everything right.

That's right. If you purchase a PRO 5 LTD, the Systainer will include a voucher card. Once you purchase your second tool, you'll go to www.festoolpro5.com to submit your voucher information. You'll need both the voucher number (which will be on the voucher card) and the T-Nr and S-Nr of the second tool.
