New Member from NW Ohio

Greetings!  My name is a Matt Bowers, I formalized my shop into a part time business almost 2 years ago.  I have yet to purchase my first festool product, but am eyeing the tracksaw.  I found the forum researching different models.  Hope to both learn and contribute here!

There's all sorts of track saws now, battery powered, tracks attached to saws, good stuff.

Whichever one you get use a Panther rip blade for ripping. I have the factory stock blade on my 55 and a
Panther blade on my 75.

Hi all, sorry for the absence. I just received my tracksaw this week, I waited for the new 1.8 mm width model!  Suffice to say I’m hooked, and my 6” ROS will be here soon!

I just noticed this post. I am in Columbus Ohio too. Working in a large cabinet shop for nearly 20 years, fairly new to Festool, getting my first (DF500) in 2015.
