New Product: Systainer³ CombiBox M 287

Well it has arrived and it's pretty everything you would it expect it to be and not a thing more  [big grin]

Tanos seem to have adjusted the catch-tab for the top handles their Sys3 lineup as they're much easier to lift up than the first ones I used a while back, and this one is likewise easy to "unlock" one-handed.

Thank you for tagging me [member=3513]PaulMarcel[/member]

I'd love to bring some to the USA.  We would likely need to do a minimum order.

Tomorrow let me get a form together to indicate interest and we can see how many we get on that to influence getting some available in the late winter (due to container timing).

While I'm sure you'll post that in the dealer area, please post a link here as well. I'm interested for sure.

OK....had a couple minutes and I put a form together.

I don't see why I can't post it here since this thread is relevant.
You can submit your interest if you think Systainer USA should offer, at least a limited version, of this in the future.

This isn't a preorder or a for sure thing, it just helps to get interest so we can make the decision.  We love connecting with the community in this way so we can offer what you are interested in.

Hi Tim,
Are you affiliated with/represent Systainer USA?

The short answer is "Yes".

The slightly longer answer is "Yes, Sys Tim owned Systainer.Store before it merged with/was bought by Systainer Systems North America and re-launched as Systainer USA, with Tim staying on staff."

Sorry I missed your question so long ago @deBox, yes, I am on the team at Systainer USA. We all have our roles, I help to lead the team and tend to have interactions here in the forum. My old handle was Systainer Store, but we have renamed our store Systainer USA though still at the systainer.store domain name.

Without being able to give an official announcement... You may want to get subscribed to the Systainer USA newsletter before Memorial Day Weekend.
There are a few things we can't wait to share.

Now I'm curious, just how big is this enterprise?

Well Memorial Day Weekend came and went. There were massive container delays in the NYC ports and so our grand launch got moved around. We finally got product in and over the last two weeks we launch the CombiBox, Lid Compartment M 337, Organizer M 89 in Olive Green as well as some other items like dividers for the S 76 and more Kaizen foam types.

About the enterprise. I'm going to get technical. Systainer Systems North America is a joint venture of Tanos and Bott. That means we sell systainers and Bott equipment in the USA. The core team is 8 individuals spread throughout the USA, we all remote work. I'm part of the team as a consultant and effectively leading the systainer eCommerce efforts. We also sell systainer to a variety of "systainer partners" and projects beyond the eCommerce portion.

Then the Bott SmartVan stuff is exciting, we have many things in the works there as we continue to grow the van/truck shelving and racking as well as overlap into the workshop. Our team has individuals dedicated to fleet and eCommerce for bott. 8 people isn't enough at times, right now is about setting a foundation. We are essentially two businesses, growing and gaining traction in the USA. We are so much stronger and organized than SSNA was a year or even two years ago and I give the credit to the leadership change about 1.5 years ago. I'm proud that they aquired Systainer Store as we have brought new offerings to the community and the current team is wanting to serve customers. Don't get me wrong, there is much to improve yet. Thank you for being part of the systainer community.
