This morning I got interrupted and pulled off of the one I was working on, for a rush job.
It was apparently slow going through the process, so when it hit the floor, it was already short of time. I started it at 10am by cutting some of the exterior panels while the CNC guys cut out the ribs (studs) and the top/bottom plates.
The first pic shows the cart with the parts, as they come to me. Second shot is the panels that I cut. The rest are the progress to this point. (5 hours)

It is the outward facing counter for a cafe, in a church. There is an L shaped section that goes behind it, in a corner. This piece goes across the front, for serving customers.
Finished it today, 13 hours total time, for my part. The Solid Surface guys finished the tops today too, or were very close anyway. The back side of this gets filled with cabinets, but I don't know the status there?
I went from the blob, monolithic thing, to this with 3 colors.
Not too many people crazy enough to miter-fold from a flat to a radius, sure why not? Let's give it a go...
