new ps 300 eq plus jigsaw

hi all hope someone can help
I am new to festoon and just bought the cleantec dust extractor and rails with saw and also just bought the ps300 eq plus jigsaw
but I am having problems connecting the hose to the jigsaw.
do you need to get a different size adapters please
this would help before I go and buy lots that do not fit
also is the 2200 router worth the money we are kitchen fitters and always used the dewalt but the dust extractor is not as good

I can't help you with the jig saw, I have a PS420.  I can tell you however, that as a pro who would use a router hard and probably a lot....the OF2200 is the one you want. It is truly a beast that can take anything you throw at it with a smile  [big grin]

You didn't buy the CLEANTEC CT 36 E AC did you?  That'd be the planex hose with the funky multipoint star lock patterning on the end.

The PS300 Dust port is a very tight connection to the D27 hose end. Even more with the even more restrictive bayonet style hose-end. I tend to connect it to the port first, then stick that thing in the base.
