New sherwin williams store in alberta

I was pretty excited about SW opening up in my city. I went in to ask about the ken Aqua that a lot of you use they knew nothing about it so maybe it's a American thing. Overall I was disappointed that they didn't want to take the time or even recommend what products they thought best. They just opened a week ago and maybe need some time. I already have a great account with cloverdale paint and they definetly have given me good service.

They definetly carry Kem Aqua and Kem Aqua plus in Canada as I can buy both here in southern Ontario. Just tell them you want to order a gallon. They'll figure it out.

I just got done spraying some of the Kem Aqua + and it's so nice to work with. It dries really quick so you can keep going!  Push them to bring in a gallon so you can try it!

Thats pretty typical of SW stores, unless they are used to dealing with specialty markets (like cabinet making) they aren't much help.  I had to literally print the PDS off the internet and take them in so they could look up the product for ordering.  It really does suck when you go to a store like SW, a store that should be "paint experts" (I mean their slogan is "ask sherwin williams") and you have to do all the leg work.  That said, keep pushing them because the KA+ is a really great product.

Yeah everyone raves about it so definetly going to try it when I can. Probably will print that off before I go again to help them haha.

Just so you know, I can get the Kem Aqua in gallons here, but the Kem Aqua + is only available in 5 gallon pails so far.
