I moved into this house a year ago and am just now getting my shop organized. The previous owner was a knife maker and had a very basic workbench. I ripped it out and everything else that was in the basement so I could start from scratch. I'm not quite done, but it is at least a usable space now. I finally feel organized and can function. Here are some shots of the progress.

Having some issues posting pics...  I'll put them in several posts I guess.

Looks great!

Questions:
1) Did you epoxy the floor? If so, what brand and how did it go?

2) What make / model extension wings are you using for the Kapex. Does not look like the UG parts.

Oh, nice SYS-FRIDGE!

That looks like the best fence system by FastCap.

Looks real good! I also like the fence system on the Kapex, epoxy and all of the peg board.  [big grin]

You may want to consider putting a small window in the left hand wall to handle stock longer than 10' on the Kapex. [smile]

You read my mind!  I am thinking of a small opening for longer stock.

Yes, I did epoxy the floor. I used Epoxy Shield from Lowes. I've used it before and it holds up well in a shop environment. Not the best for a garage where you would park a car. It still suffers from hot tire pick up.

And that is the Best Fence system from Fast Cap. Expensive but good. And very well made. My wife accidentally ran over one end of the track before I installed it (my fault for leaving it laying around) and it didn't hurt a thing!  I highly recommend it.

And I love the name SYS-Fridge!  I will be happy to split the royalties with you if Festool decides to use that!
