Guys, check this out. A great solution for Festool hose and Plug-it management. I could have used one of these yesterday when I was sanding down on cabinet door and drawers on my MFT.

Also plenty of other great uses, as seen in the video.

Slide-Kick at FestoolProducts.com

It's a good option/companion with our Tech Flex sleeve.

It's been posted here before; IIRC the only problem was forgetting you've got it attached and walking off with a tool still attached to the hose...

Like driving off from the petrol station with the nozzle still in the car, eh [member=11629]GarryMartin[/member]?  [scared]

LOL! Not done that one yet. Are you speaking from experience [member=48572]Shane Holland[/member] ?

Nice, I attempted to make my own about a month ago when I saw someone else's post but it didn't come out well. I'll definitely be purchasing this now.

Inexpensive?? At $35?  Sure, looks like a great product and would be pretty handy, but I'm bit sure I'd use the inexpensive angle for such a product at that price point.

Julian, I guess the value is subjective.

It's a much less expensive alternative compared to many other options that are available. And, even the Pneuhook which we sell that adds a hook to nailers using the NPT connector is $30. And it only works on nailers. This can be used for many applications besides just your Festool hose.

Now they need to design a break-away mechanism so that oops don't happen.

He even said "petrol."  What international sensibilities ;)

I'm sure you guys appreciate honest feedback.  At $35 this is priced too high.

BTW, I bought aluminum add on hooks for pneumatic nail guns for as little as $6.

Here is a link to an article from "Tools of the Trade" that talks about the product and about how much the company sells it for from their portal.
Check it out and you decide.

Sam, importing, shipping etc all add costs... hence why that $23 isn't currently a price we can offer.  But ya never know.

Where would you guys like to see this item?  Keep in mind, this ISN'T a $6 pneumatic hook (I'm very familiar with what you reference, Brice).  There's some more going on here, but I totally understand it's not an entire extra universe of functionality.  So maybe that current sales price is a bit high.

Let us know what would make you guys happy.  What do you want to pay?  I'll circle back 'round and see where we can position this thing.

I like it. Honestly $25 or $35 who cares...it is pretty much a moot point. I think it is pretty cool.

I'd be happy with something magnet .. a rare earth magnet bet clip maybe and a plastic coated metal loop for the hose.

Will pass along to the manufacturer.
