New tool registration link is down

Festool, when I login to my Festool account and click "New Tool Registration" I receive a 404 error. Here is the bad link:https://service.festoolusa.com/account/tools/register

Side question - Am I OK to register tools that I've acquired secondhand? If, for example, I don't know the original retailer?

Oops.  I forgot to try and answer the second question.  I would suggest trying a quick phone call to Festool and asking that question.  You can find that phone number on everyone of your tools.
