I think if that went in my shop it would be the only tool I could fit in there!

Very nice and if you use a lot of ply that sure is going to make you some money.

Have fun with it!

hey norwege,

nice pick.
we have the ks700 at my shop. only problem, it ain't mine.

another note, you dont happen to be in brooklyn? I see a guy with a norwegian wood labeled commercial truck around my neighborhood. I was wondering...

busted

no not in brooklyn the last 11 years, but grew up there, who is there operating under my name? lol i bet i know him

Format 4 is what sawstop owners dream of. $26K US starting. A buddy just bought a 915 series Felder - $10K less and still a dream. Congrats. I left drool marks on the ones at IWF - watch for rust!

I'd have no problem moving that into my shop.  all i would need to do would be to lift my house off the foundation, remove the center beam pillars, drop the TOY into place and drop the house back into place.  Of course, once everything was back in place, i would only need to remove the cellar (shop) walls and figure out how to squeeze under the center beam after everything falls down around my neck. :o
Oh well, i am drooling

Tinker; what are you whining about? At least you have a house.
I would have to drag it three flights up to my apartment only to have it permanently wedged in the door frame. And even if I managed to squeeze it in it would take no more than ten seconds before my GF would throw it out the balcony. If I am lucky she will open the balcony door before doing that.  If I am REALLY lucky she will start talking to me again after a forthnight of staring me down. Her squinty gaze is sooo coold (shivers) ...  ;)

norwegian wood: nice machine, hope you will have a lot of fun with it! I am very jealous (of 10ft sliders, houses and flats with balconies;) )

How is the Fortmat4 saw??? That picture of it should be my desktop!!

I am stepping up in shapers in a week or so. Laguna T1002S is on order. It will be my second Euro tool - MM20 bandsaw was first. I do not plan to upgrade the sawstop yet but my buddy saw after teh shaper arrives I will be wanting a real slider TS.
