New training videos from Sedge

A little late to this party, but I just found these quick tips.  They're great!  I'm not an Instagram account user, but these helpful tips provide a lot of info in a very short time.  I especially found the domino tips to be a big help.  It looks like Sedge has a ball making these, so please keep them coming [thumbs up]

Thanks for the update. As I was out of the country, I missed the Roadshow when it was in my city. A friend did get me a cap.

Just came across this thread and started watching some of the videos from Sedge. The "how to center the domino" was priceless-why didn't I know this already?? Keep them coming Festool! Your included documentation is basically non-existent so show people how to get more use and value from the tools is a huge help.

Have you downloaded and read the Supplemental User Manual for the Domino online on the Festool site? This manual answers most questions users have.

Sedge has had some more great tips lately if you haven't watched them yet.

Love one of his most recent quotes........"The reason I know most of you don't know about it.......is because it's discussed in the owners manual" [wink]

I think that Sedge is insinuating that most of us are illiterate...truth is we're male, looking at instruction manuals and maps is always a last resort.  [cool]

Not to mention a sign of weakness.  [big grin]

Should we then extrapolate that female Festool users DO read the manuals?  [tongue]

Yes.  [big grin]

If you have the MFK 700 and do edge banding then this instagram video from Sedge might be helpful.  I had never seen this trick before:

Edge Banding Tip

Methinks that's the MFK 700, Peter.  That said, it's yet another really clever implementation from His Sedgeliness.

I have made the appropriate corrections.  Thanks.  Guess who doesn't have the MFK 700?  [big grin]

Peter

Thanks Peter!  I was just doing this the other day and grumbled about how nice it would be if I could use the MFK to do everything quickly without resorting to clamps, jigs, saws, etc.
