New Workshop - Sysport or a rolling table

Well the time has come to redo the shop and am debating with myself which way to go!

Do I build a long cabinet of Sysports (18 feet long) with an MFT Table or build a shorter one (10 feet) and have a cart (on wheels) that has storage for systainers with the MFT table on top.

I don't have room for both and what I would use the table for is breaking down sheet goods .. more cabinet type work.

I have seen both ideas posted here and excellent either way but just wondering what people would suggest!

Why not build a table with storage underneath?  Seems like it would enable you to both break down sheet goods but also provide lots of storage options - Systainers, rails, Vacuum, other tools, etc.  Plenty of examples here to give you ideas...  You could easily make it in 2-3 sections of 6-8' long that would provide flexibility to move them around on locking casters or connect them for larger projects -
