it's a big problem when you can't order the replacement parts.

I have also had emails not replied back to for over 2 weeks now but with current weather conditions and COVID I assume they are working at smaller capacity. It would be faster to call them. I literally got off the phone with them about 30 min ago regarding an issue I had.
