All made in oak

Mortice and tenons, run the panels on the wadkin overhead router, the staff bead on the small spindle moulder and prepaired the oak from sawn on my wadkin over under planer, cut the tennons on my bandsaw and mortices with the morticer. Must admit I dont think this project was touched with anything festool but a rotex.

I have quite a bit of large joinery kit as we used to be quite a busy firm with 6 lads in the workshop at our peak but the economy really knocked that into a cocked hat. Just me my dad and my mrs now. Will post some pics of the workshop soon.

Really nice doors. I work with my old man aswell in our small workshop. Agree that times are hard at the moment. Hope you ve got enough work on to keep ticking over. Be great to see some pictures of your workshop.

Yea we have just picked up a taxi rank fit out and a luxury house of doors, will all be firecheck doors in invisable liners will be simple stuff  but neat also get to work on the striebig which is nice its huge the cutting area is around 5.6m x 2.080 m its automatic feed and traverse you just press the buttons and let it do the rest. Had bugger all for around 5months and now its all came in. In one week!

Also get to make some use of the 40' x 16' spray room.

That cool that you've got loads of work in. What's a striebig? Sounds like a cnc machine. Love seein those automated machines in action. I recently had a look round our timber suppliers manufacturing plant. They had a warehouse full of wienig moulding machines and multiple rip saws. Awesome stuff.
Man, havin a spray booth but be so nice. I have to spray my stuff outside so need guaranteed dry weather. Had a job recently where I had to wait a week for a dry half day to coat up.

Its a big vertical panel saw, we spray virtually everything so it was getting silly having the workshop shut half a week to paint joinery or getting dust in the topcoat of your panel work so we built a spray shop with extraction and room for all the stuff.

Beautiful work there.  I see you're not a million miles from us.  We will be at The European Woodworking Show next month if you want to see some Festool goodies ;)

The misses just saw the festool tape measures on your website IW and has put her foot down that Im buying her a couple for the workshop.
