OF 1010 Extension table accessory - how to attach/use?

I just bought a 1010 router and also the extension table accessory.  Can anyone direct me to a photo or video of how to attach this accessory and how to use it?  It's not clear to me how this accessory is better than simply using the guide rail attachment free hand, as demonstrated in some of Paul Marcel's videos.

Thanks Ed, I saw that thread but it doesn't really explain how to attach or use it.

Looks like you would screw the router to it using two of the holes. Basically a bigger sub base that then can be attached to the rail. Looks like it was initially designed for the older models but also a works with of1010. Might move the router further away from the rail than would otherwise be possible and removing the need for the 'foot support'.
