From the sys 4 it came in, to the new sys 337 in black. The new one although 9/16" taller has less verticle internal height for the black foam cap that holds the router in place, and the internal lid dimensions besides taking up some internal height also is a bit narrower for fitting the cardboard box layout in. A couple of little snips in the corner of the plastic base for the of1400 and pieces, and it fits inside nicely. Trim the cardboard layout a bit relocate the push pin holes and it fit ok, but the nice black chunk of foam does not fit. I suppose I could just cut it down to half as thick but that may not work. So, in the meantime, I made a temporary piece to fit in the lid from pink house rigid insulation. I have some of the foam that is similar to some after-market systainer foam inserts, like, inside the Shaper Origin. Why did I want to move it over? Good question. I decided to put all my routes into black cases along with bits in the Black M89 cases with the clear tops. I can quickly visually zone in on the black case where ever it may be. Black case means routers.
