So it's NAINA, but is there a (120V 60Hz) version of the OFK 500 that can be used here in The United States??

I found a reference to this "OFK 500 Q 120V ET-BG - 493189" here.

I have the MFK 700.  And yes, it's great; but it would be nice to have the OFK 700's dust collection with the simplicity of the Porter Cable 310 neatly arranged in a T-Loc systainer.  And we could call it, oh, I don't know, maybe OFK 500.  And it would all fall sweetly in line with the systemic direction in which Festool has led me...

BUT IT'S NAINA!  [mad]

Hmmm... don't know why that is listed as an available spare. I'm 99% certain that the OFK500 has never been available in a 110v or a 120v version. I just tried to check on EKAT, but the Festool UK website appears to be down at the moment. That's usually the best place to check exactly what versions a tool comes in.

But yes, it is an awesome trimmer, and very underrated!

I did order one from a seller "chbaki"  or "CB direkt" on eBay.  Only after I paid for it did it occur to me to check the specs, so what I received was a refund.

I was so busy imaging my pleasure with the ease of use this "unavailable" tool would provide me, and the ease with which I had simply side stepped the NAINA list that I had already "checked out" the purchase, before I checked out the specifications.

Hat Tip to CB direkt!
