Two weeks ago, mine unexpectedly ignited without warning. I guess it was too close to my cell phone.

LOL.  Make sure you hold it right way as well.

I only used mine 3 times to tighten the screws on the guide rail connectors and the end of it chipped off.  I reground it but haven't used it since to see if it is going to break again.

I am fortunate that it didn't ignite too! [laughing]
