Old Question on new TS55 R - Squaring the blade to 90 Degrees

I know this has been asked many times and I have searched the forums for a good while today, but can't find a forum post on how to do this on the latest TS55R.  I'm sure I read one where a dealer from the US (maybe?), went away, experimented and came back with the answer.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

I can't remember where I saw it, but I believe the Torx screw adjacent to the rear tilt lock was the key and there was another one, but I can't recall specifically.  I believe the slots on the casting and the stamped piece allow a screwdriver blade to be used to adjust the relative angle between the two for squaring the base to the blade.  I have had good success using electronic tilt angle indicators on other tools by simply zeroing them to the base reference surface and then moving the tilt block directly to the blade (of course the guard would need to be removed for this to work properly).

I'll look for the article if I can find it, but it was difficult to find as you are experiencing.  I have attached a pic that might be of help.

EDIT:  I found the answer here:http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-tool-problems/festool-ts55-bevel-stop/msg319069/#msg319069

Thank you!!!!

I had read this thread when I was searching, but somehow thought it was referring to adjusting the bevel stop to zero degrees rather than making the blade 90 degrees to the base plate.
