that was Karen healey the previous owner of healeys tools in hatfield the tool shop is now owned by ed elson who trade under healeys tools now based in saint albans , shame as Karen was a pleasure to deal with as were all the staff , i have had the occasion to call saint albans shop and have always been treated with a very professional manner i shall pop in on my way down the A1 and see how they are doing very soon . i like the guys at slingers always helpful and post very prompt . my favourite store TOOLFIX SERVICES PETERBOROUGH , i say this because they never let me down thanks to mick at the store very very nice man .
