Ordering Parts Direct?

Can I order parts direct from Festool? I need a circuit board for my CT 26 E and most of the dealer approved sites say they are discontinued but looks like Festool has them. How do I place and order direct?

Yup call festool. I usually call them first for replacement parts, screws etc which fall off and I cant find.

But I learned they only speak in technical terms such as  the ones I use and found most helpful when I call them is:

I need the thingy that holds that doodad on my work center . My last one was I need those round rollers on my cms sliding table you know those black thingies with the bearings in in them

Once you get that down its easy peasy

Look up the part on ekat.  Write down the part number.  Call the phone number on your tool.
Ask to speak to inside sales.
