The artwork is derivative of a widespread meme that has been around for years, with the drill silhouette added. Maybe this artwork is something 'found' on the web, or it may be a cheap bit of stock art — but once again, probably not copyright protected.
I don’t think Festool's legal department will bring out the big guns in this case...
