Outfitting the TS 55 with the 0 degree stop from the TSC 55

Can the green zero degree stop that comes with the TSC55 be put on the TS55?

Also look at Shane Hollands post: ts-55-req-update.
I believe it's only possible on the latest TS 55 R version.
I myself have the 498500 (498900 USA) and it cannot be done. Only on 500xxx series.
