I believe I purchased every option or the 1010,  is there a place for it to be packed neatly in the same Systainer or will I need another one?

Well, what options did you buy?  [big grin]

If you want easy access another Systainer would be a good bet in my mind.  I hate unpacking things to get to other things.

Everything that shop festool.com had on there site.  [big grin] I pretty much clicked on accessories for 1010 and hit add to cart on everything. And ended up with an extra guide bushing adapter.  [sad]
I don't mind digging as long as everything is neat and all together.  I carry a bunch of tools everyday and hate when I miss something.

The plastic insert in my 1010 systainer has a lot of molded areas for things it didn't come with. I suspect a lot of the things you bought probably have homes in the insert already. You may have to get creative with some of them though...

Have a look at the photograph inside the Systainer Lid. This is usually a good guide.

I have a lot of the 1010 accessories.

It's a tight fit to get them into one Systainer, even using all the nooks of the unit.  Unfortunately, the wrench is at the bottom of the case, so even taking out the router to do a simple task requires unpacking down to the bottom.

I have a few of the accessories in an adjacent Sortainer drawer just to make things easier.  I think it's a good idea to consider a separate Sys1 perhaps to help you get organized and efficient.

I put mines in the 1010 sytainer, It's  a tight fit but I may not have everything you do. But a syst 3 and a couple of pieces of kaizen does wonders for storage
