Just picked up a set of parallel guides. I was trying to calibrate them with some test boards I had in my shop. First cut was not square. First thing I noticed was if you remove the saw guide from the rails and then measure down to let's say 220 mm the factory metric scale Is not in the same place. One rail is 3/16 off from the other rail. So if both rails were set at 220 mm one side would be off. I realized there are some room for adjustment with the green level and knobs. Does this even matter that the metric scales were off. Need opinion or calibrating tips thanks TOOLMAN169
