Using the Incra T-Track Plus rails with their hold-down clamps and Woodpecker's flip-stops, one can create relatively inexpensive parallel rip-guides for all Festool, Mafell, Bosch, and Makita track saws. Hope this helps.

No, with the Mafell, it just squares very nicely to the rail.  For me, this is enough.  If I had to make a hundred fast parallel rips in consecutive, with the Mafell rails, then I would either hold down the Incra rails with my Festool quik-locks, or go with the Kreg T-slot bolts from the Klamp Block Kit (that you showed me, Fidel) to connect to the Mafell rail underneath and then to a hex bolt into the Incra slot.
This system (pictured) sets up and locks in even easier with the Festool guide rails, where the nose of the Incra clamp actually sits in the t-slot rail.  If you file the Incra a little, then you could get it to really sit perfectly.

P.S. I haven't had time to experiment, but I would bet that you could also make some killer parallel guides with either the 80/20's or the Bosch-Rexoth rails.

Thanks, Fidel! "Necessity is the mother of invention."   ...and, so is budget.  Also, it feels good to be able to incorpoate nicely made American tools! Love my Incras, Woodpeckers, Lie-Neilsens, old Stanleys and old Craftsmans.

Fidel, this is what I was trying to describe.  Hope this helps.

[off topic]...but, I started the thread, so that must count for something?  [huh]

Yes, Silverlight68...
First, I had a TS 55REQ...loved it! ...then, it was recalled [sad]
...I took the TS 75EQ offer in exchange (had to have something!)  [scared]
...but, then soon found that it was too much for my carpal tunnel issues [embarassed]
...then, went rogue and got a Mafell MT55... [cool]

P.S.  The Mafell MT55 is only in the pics because I wanted to show that the parallel rip guides clear the saw with both tracks.

An even easier way to make dependable and repeatable rips that are thinner than the rail...or, larger. There are more elegant ways to set this up. This was using what I had on hand.  Hope this helps.

Hi,
Loving this thread.... I'm putting together my own MFT system and this is very cool. What are the dogs you have under the Incra track?

Thanks,
John

John,
They're basic bench dogs without the threads...possibly, the threaded ones are better...just never tried them.

So where do you put the wood to cut it.  I think I'm following along with what you are doing, but does the wood sit on top of the incra tracks? or does the end of the incra track but up to the edge of the wood.  It is an interesting setup for certain.  Just curious about how it is executed in practice.

NYC nice you are very cleaver. I'm just not that creative. I admire those that are
