Parf Dogs vs Insta railsquare

Just bought the mft drilling guide to make my own mft.  What would the recommendation be for cutting material square on the table with the Triton Track saw, parf dogs, qwas dogs, super parf dogs or the insta rail square?  Which is more convenient to use ?  All the above is compatible with the triton saw as well as makita and festool.
 
To me the insta rail square is more convenient when use as standalone. Dogs are far easier and quick to use. The most important is to get the perfect fit dogs for your holes. What kit did you used to bore your holes?

I don't know about the qwas dogs, how they fit in those holes. The pard dogs are a perfect fit. I believe the TSO dogs also have a tight fit. Have a look on Lee Valley or Ultimate Tools (Burnaby B.C.) both offer free shipping on order over $150CAD

To emulate his technique, you will need a minimum of two short dogs and two tall dogs. At 1:30 you can see the UJK clips that FroumMFG is talking about.
 
Bench bogs and rail squares have different applications. If work piece fits on MFT (or whatever grid table you have), then I'd prefer dogs. Cutting a 4x8 sheet is a different matter.
 
Thank you [member=66597]Mario Turcot[/member]  for linking that video. I did not realise it at the time of making the video that I had an issue with my TS55 as it was sloppy on my guide rail. I did not take that 5 cut test video down as that is not my style but I did make a video about how to get the TS55 working properly and followed it with a video about offset holes with the PGS and a new 5 cut test.

In this video about offset holes using the PGS I show how to cut a full 600 mm in an MFT3 without having to rotate the stock by 90 degrees (at about the 11 minute mark.

More importantly I repeat the 5 cut test from about 12 minutes and 40 seconds and get the sort of results that many users of the PGS enjoy - a square cut to within about 0.00016 radians.

[member=11196]Peter Parfitt[/member] I have the PGS original. I don't think that approach is viable. I have a custom top, larger then the MFT3. My solution is to skip two rows. One on each side of the tall dogs @192mm spacing.

If you are talking about offset holes then they are quite possible with the original system. Just think about it and remember equal offset !

The precise distance up or down a column does not matter but the left or right offset has to be precise.
