Sorry if this seems stupid but the search feature is crashing on the site? hmmm

I need to order a replacement part for my CT 48 E

I broke the upper black plastic hose garage thingy or whatever it's called.  I remember they used to have parts diagrams online and you could look stuff up... now it seem very very very limited as to what is offered?  anybody?
