For the past 10 years I've been cutting HB dovetails with a PC 4200 router jig. It does a good job but it throws chips and dust everywhere. I recently saw that Leigh has come out with an attachment which looked promising. I ordered one from Highland and just got to use it for the first time today. It's a little tedious to initially set up. You have to get it level with the fingers on the PC4200. To do this you have to assemble, measure, disassemble, adjust some little set screws, reassemble, measure again, rinse and repeat until you get it level. But you only have to do this once during initial setup. Thereafter you can grab and go.

There's a little "sled" under the bar to which you can attached a vac hose. I hooked mine to my CT26 with UDD and this provided excellent results. Below you can see that the sled has little "ears". The collar on your router will push the sled along as you travel along the board. I'd say it sucked up about 99% of the debris. The only time you get a bit of blowby is when you get to the far right side of the tail board. There the sled extends beyond the tail board and so loses a bit of effectiveness.
