PDC 18 4.2 vs 5.2

this may be a stupid question, but ...

i found a pdc 18/4 4.2 set more than 100 euros cheaper than the pdc 18/4 5.2 set. were any improvements made to the drill itself with the new release, or is it just to battery capacity ?
