Picked up some unusual Shedua recently

I picked up around 35 BF of this great figured Shedua. I don't know what project I'll build with it yet but it sure looks cool. Whattya think?

I think it was around 8 bucks a BF. Pretty cheap for such nice figure I think.

Bill, Knowing how much you like loud noise, how about building a bass guitar?

My BILs father just built 4 guitars after taking a class on it. He did the most amazing job. They are easily 4k guitars and sound better than any acoustic I've ever heard. Unfortunately this wood is only 4/4 so it's not thick enough to build a bass guitar. Someday I do plan on building a violin for my daughter though. I still have a lot of learning to do before I attempt it.
