Pinning or saving a post

Hi,
Anyway of saving, pinning or making another members post a favorite for future viewing other than emailing it to yourself or hitting the notify tag? I assume the notify tab will only work in a case where someone adds a new comment.

When you click "Notify" , in addition to sending new post notifications the topic gets added to a list  in your profile. Go to your profile. Under the "modify profile" tab click "notifications". A list of clickable topics that are set for notification will be on the lower part of that page.

Might not be streamlined but it is a way to keep a list of topics.
