Planex and regular vacuum.

I started removing ugly texture from my home walls (drywall).  I like smooth walls so I am planning to skim coat over all the walls.  I just finished my living room and it looks amazing.  I am using my Mirka Ceros 6” and worked fine, but it was a lot of going up and down on ladders and scaffolding.
I am thinking on the planex sander.  I won’t buy another vacuum. I have a CT26 and Fein Turbo I.  I have also a metal dust deputy.

Will the configuration Planex plus Fein work fine?  Should I add the dust deputy into the equation?

Is the Fein turbo I not power full enough to handle the dust deputy?
Should I use the CT26 and the dust deputy?

My idea is to buy the planex and sell it when I am done.  How well a used planex sells?  Easy to sell? Or will I have trouble selling it (not many people looking to buy an used one?).

I know is a lot of questions, but I need advice in this matter.

If you plan on selling it, buy the CT36AC combo, it'd be easier to sell complete. If you just buy the sander there's always the issue that you're selling the unit to a person that is likely to want both .. Why buy you're second hand PLANEX and still need to pay for whack for CT ? (You'd be targeting a much smaller market).

Kev nailed it with potential smaller market for resale of the Planex sander by itself.
However, I run my 8" drum Floor sander through a Dust Deputy before it gets to either of my larger Festool vacs, and it's not a problem for the vac at all since the cyclone action stops so much debris or dust from making it to the vac in the first place.
So, if you DO get that Planex minus the Auto Vac, your set-up should work if the Fein Vac has the CFM of the Festool Extractors.
One word of caution, I don't skimp on correct Anti-Static hoses with the above set-up. So I use a 50mm Boom Arm hose between the Dust Deputy and the Vac, and a 36mm hose AS from tool to Dust Deputy inlet unless using a smaller sander that the normal 27mm hose works well with.

Yes, I have a festool antistatic hose from the vacuum to the Dust deputy ( I share this one with both vacuums) and a Bosh antistatic from the DD to the tool (I use the fein with the Bosch) The Fein has 151 CFM.
For the CT22 I have both Festool antistatic hoses.

. Then you should be good to go if you buy that Planex.  The Planex has suction level adjustment right on the tool so you don't have to adjust all the way back at your Fein Vac if needed.
I bought mine used as a set, sander and vac, but sometimes I do see just the sander for sale here or on Craigslist.
