Planex Easy from Festool available March 2017

The planex easy looks nice. I'm expecting it is not available in the USA for now? Price point is less and i suspect the same size consumables. I held off on the planex for now due to price, so hopefully this is within my budget. Do you still need the ct36-ac vac wither planex easy?

Hi
The US will need to step in on availability for the Us - I only have the EU countries
Lower price point than LHS 225
Pad size is 215mm to take the 225mm Brilliant or Granat abrasives
For sure use the Planex extractor CT36 E AC as the Auto Clean is needed for the fine dust along with the flexible black hose to wok with

Let's hope a revamped Kapex 120 with a new brushless motor is announced next year too  [big grin]  [popcorn]

Hi
I started the thread with the title 'Planex Easy from Festool available 2017' with the intention of supplying accurate information on this product. For those with an interest in the Planex Easy the early information can / could have been found here and been beneficial - which is one of the founding the ideas of the Festool Owners Group........ however I fail to see the relevance of your point in this thread bearing in mind the title.
If you want to start another thread then please do so but this one will be kept on track and to the title or early accurate information will not be contributed from me........ [popcorn]
Phil

(the same applies to the KS 60 - keep on the topic of the thread)

Seriously? This is what you're going to get upset about today?

. I can see Phil's point since it's a thread hijack of sorts, but what is your problem with his comment? [huh]

Is the new planex easy 50hz or 60hz in the U.K. Version. I was told that the US operates at 50hz and England is 60hz?

Other way around. US is 60Hz.
