So I've been wondering how it would work out to have various dominoes made up by a plastic injection molding company in the various sizes and lengths for dry assemblies. Maybe incorporate a hole for inserting a tool to remove them on disassembly. This may not be necessary if specking them .1 or .2 mm thinner than stock. Then I began toying with the idea of drilling a hole lengthwise through the centers of the ends to use as aligners with "knockdown" assemblies. Maybe color coding the plastic to match the cutter color coding and all that. Sound useful to anyone else?
