I would like to do a polished concrete floor in the hallway of a new build block of 3 flats.
The stage its at: Need to insulate the foundation slab (150mm kingspan or similar then 80-100 screed, this screed would like aggregates that can be sanded and polished)

So as its a small area 2050x3200mm

Questions are:

1. What mix for the screed kneed to use
2. what tool to sand
3. what tool to polish
4. what to use to seal

The tools I have that I can hopefully use are Festool ETS150 and desalt angle grinder.
Or do I need to hire something? If so where from as i'm in Lincoln

I don't mind getting on my hands and knees to get it done

Forget using the ETS 150.  You'll need something like the RG 130 to get a smooth finish on concrete.  Be very careful, though.  This type of surface grinder will eat into the concrete in a heartbeat if you're holding it wrong.
