Power cord holder for Midi Dust Extractor

I just noticed a couple of screw holes on the back of my Midi.  Will the power cord holder that goes on the back of a CT26/36 also fit on the back of a Midi.  I'd like to just put the hose in the top of the Midi and find a way to hang the power cord on the back.  This would be an easy solution, but I haven't seen pictures of this on any Festool website.

I took the cord wrap off my CT 36 and installed it on my CT Midi, it doesn't fit in the screw holes you mention but it is very easy to attach to the rear of the Midi by bolting it to the pouch that I think is used to keep spare dust bags in. As long as you don't mind drilling two holes through the pouch it works well.

I did the same.
Bought a cable holder from the CTL26 (#496727) and bolted it to the CT Midi.

I put the cord holder from my Ct26 on to my midi as Ct26 stays in workshop.

As I remember the screw holes lined up but the cord holder needed a bit of sanding/shaping to make it fit the back of the midi.

Works well, worth doing.

Thanks for the input and pictures!

Since the radius of the dust extractors are different, I decided to create my own tonight.  I did a quick mockup in pine and when it breaks I'll redo it in maple.  I was able to find screws to fit the existing holes also.

Much better to get the power cord out of the vac hose well.  Festool you could make some money here making one that fits the Midi perfectly...
