As i was cleaning up a jobsite with my ct 22 and got up all the big stuff i had to switch over to a cheap upright vacuum to finish cleaning the carpet. It was then i was thinking about this site and the wish list forum, and occurred to me i would really like to see a plug in canister vac power head for these units, i think one be just nice to have around for my ct vac.

Or you could pick up a power head off of any old canaster vac add a differend cord and switch  then you have a remote powered powerhead

Welcome to the Festool Owners Group!

As bobbobbob points out, Festool does have a powered head as an accessory for their line of dist extractors, and it's called the Turbo Suction Brush, Order No 450644. It's air-powered though, not electric, so might not be what you are wanting?

See the thread called Turbo Suction Brush ? for detailed photos and comments about it.
