Precision Dogs Customer Service

If you decide to go with the Precision Dogs Parallel Guides for your track saw, you cannot find better customer service than Jerry.  When I ordered mine I did not understand how they worked and ordered the basic set from the photos.  The basic set does not allow you to make cuts narrower then the saw's track.  When I discovered this I contacted Jerry at Precision Dogs to see if an upgrade (the 2 bars and screws) were available on Ebay.  Jerry said they were not, but he could send me a PayPal request for payment and I could purchase them that way.  To make a long story short, I had the upgrade I wanted in my hands in 2 days across the country!  I felt like I was the only customer he had to deal with.

I can second that. I have purchased twice from Precision Dogs, both times requiring a bit of pre-sales information and advice, and Jerry was super helpful. He took the time to understand what I would do with the products and gave some good options with the pros and cons of each. He also advised the most economically effective way of getting goods from USA to Australia - in the end I shipped the Incra tracks to him, he added the guides, and on-forwarded to me. 5 stars!

I have no hesitations in recommending his service and his products.
