Precision Dogs Parallel Guides Not Parallel

I'm posting a copy of the email I just sent to Precision Dogs here as well on the off chance someone else had experienced and fixed the same or a similar issue.

I received my Parallel Guides the other day and was able to get to set them up today. I'm having difficulty getting them calibrated to cut a parallel strip of wood 89mm. I'm using the Incra T-track Plus with metric rulers and I followed the directions in the manual dated July 2014 I found on the website. For calibration of the spacer rail, I set the exposed spacer rails against my MFT/3 fence and slid the guide rail forward burying the spacer rails under the guide rail and flush against the splinter  guard strip. Yet when I cut a strip of test wood, I have a variance of several mm across its length. I removed and reattached all the connections, however the results were the same. A closer examination revealed that one of the guide rail brackets is not flush to the T-track. I've taken some photos comparing both brackets and have [shared them here](https://www.dropbox.com/sh/5zzqezorup73ywp/AAA4s09CrJ5987maWd122irha?dl=0).

Can you provide some assistance in this matter?

John,

The beauty of the Precision Dog guide is that even if the track is longer or shorter, you can still get parallel rips. I also use the metric scales and I have only ever been off by .02 mm. And that is by eyeball!

If you talked with Jerry, he will help you as best he can but you should be OK.

Cheers. Bryan.

I am sure Jerry can help you, and I can see the gap you're talking about in the photos. I'm wondering if the T-Track is an exact 90 degrees  cut at then end? Perhaps check that as well if you are pushing the T-Track flush. I don't know how much tolerance/play there might be in the machining of the precision guide.

I was able to get some time diagnosing the potential problem. I moved the suspect guide rail adapter to three other t-tracks and the issue persists. I put a square on all t-tracks and found them to be as square as my square.

Jerry did email me within 24 hours and will be sending placement guide rail adapters. I must say that's great customer service!
