Have not read the fine print so can I save $50 if I buy the Vac-Sys Clamping Unit and redeem the Pro 5 voucher?

The PRO 5 LTD can be used on any new tool purchase in the U.S. or CA. The voucher needs to be submitted on festoolpro5.com by December 31, 2017.
So as long as the VAC SYS is new (i.e. not from festoolrecon.com) and submitted by the end of month, you should be good to go.
