Problems experiences when insert Photos into a Post

The problem that I am having is that when I click on additional options, I see a box net to attach with "Browse" after it, not "Choose file." Is this because I am using a Mac? I select my file, but there is no button to upload the image.

I am also using a Mac.  I have Choose.  If you click on either one of those then you should be able to navigate and find your file.  If you then click on your file, in that window at the bottom right you should get a choose button again.

What browser are you using with your Mac?

I am using Firefox but I will try Safari.

P.S. OK, now it works. Firefox was the weak link.

Hi Peter,

Still no joy. The screen prompts are as per your video, and everything seems to be working fine but when I press post, after 30 seconds or so of "contacting festoolownersgroup.com" the screen goes blank and the post is never executed, or at other times, I m told that an error has occurred.

This is embarrassing!

This is a test using Firefox for Mac - latest version.  I got browse instead of choose.  Then when I clicked on a file to attach I got Open versus choose.

It did.

I would recommend that close Safari - go back to Firefox - go to Tools in the top menu and clear out your history.  You might be having issues with cached files.  They can cause weird issues.  Then close Firefox, come back to Safari - click on Safari at the top left select empty cache and try again under Safari.  You will probably have to sign in again.

Well this is so strange. Everything appears to be working fine, but the photos are not posting. I have no problem posting text, but the problem seems to be uploading the photos to the website.

Here is the message that I receive.

An Error Has Occurred!
Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information.

I tried to upload just one small photo of less than 500kb so this is clearly not the source of the problem. I then registered with the site under a different email, not my yahoo one in case there was a problem accepting files from a yahoo email. Still no solution.

What can be going wrong?
