This is my first attempt communicating on this board. Hopefully this question is heard and it is in the right Discussion area.
On Friday I am picking up a new OF 1010 router in Halifax, Nova Scotia. One of the things I would like to accomplish with this new Festool is trimming solid (1/2" or 3/4" thick) solid edge banding flush to cabinet grade plywood. I have ordered the Edge Guide to help with this operation but I have no idea what router bit to order. Am I looking at a straight cutter bit or is there a special bit I will need?
Any help would be welcomed.
Frank
