Howdy everyone.
I have had my psb300 for 3 years about. In the beginning I recall being able to have the splinter guard flush with the bottom and slide on with no issue.
At some point I broke the pendulum roller and replaced that about a year ago.
I assume since then I have not been able to correctly fit the splinter guard. The carbon shoes that direct the blade sit too low for the splinter guard to slide on. I can warp the guard to make it fit which makes the bottom surface quite less then flat.
I have tinkered and examined and see nothing installed incorrectly. Am I supposed to remove the carbon shoe piece? I did that for a while and the blade wonders a touch to much.
I haven't had time to stop by my local dealer to examin theirs if it is even still on the shelf.
Thank you in advanced
