I recently completed my corner desk project, using Baltic birch plywood. The TS75 did an awesome job!

I wrote a long blog post with the details.

That looks fantastic! Great way to use offcuts.

This is beyond impressive.  I haven't read the blog but the amount of work just blows me away.  Even the joint of each long section, where the 'V' is matched all around.  Absolutely cool.  Excellent work..!

Amazing!!

How many hours?
It stretched over 5 weeks due to day job and and other home remodeling projects. Was kinda relieved when that was done.

What is going on in this pic?

Almost a big mess up lol. Used TIII for longer working time and thought “ya well let’s just put the glue on all strips” ... well that were the most intense 15min in the hole project to spread the glue quick, flip each strip and align 45 degree before putting on the tons of clamps. Well, lesson learned. For the second sheet I did max 6 strips at a time. I also aligned the second batch 45def, draw long lines across so it was easier to align them during glue up.

Very nice effect with the BB layers. What did you use to put down the glue? I built  a wood entrance door and had to race to get all the joints glued up. I used one of those small foam rollers that are packaged in the paint try and it made gluing quick and even.

Nice job. I read the blog. How long did it take to collect the scraps or is this from a full sheet plus leftovers? What was the build time... a domino would have expedited the pre-glue up
