Question about delivery

Hi.

I ordered festool items on 31 April.

But package do not arrive yet.

It takes almost a week.

Is it so slow ?

If you order to festool dealer, how long will it take to get?

One to two days, typically for any order I place with Bob Marino. "Where" you live will obviously affect shipping time, however...

if you ordered on the 31st of April that would make it about a year, I'd be concerned!!!

if you actually ordered on the 31st of March, ask the shipper for a tracking number.....that would give you an exact delivery date.

and if you did place it on the 31st of April .......in a parallel universe that would be really tricky as there are only 30 days in April this month.

I think it has way more to do with the volume of orders placed on the last days of March - before the price increase. Add to that the fact that Festool is shipping out of one warehouse this year, rather than from 2 warehouses last year.
Festool normally ships within 24-48 hours after receiving the order.

Bob is correct.  Anyone who placed an order near the end of March can expect delivery to be slightly slower than usual.  As you might imagine, everyone waits until the last minute to place their orders and it creates a bit of a log jam for us and dealers.

I ordered a sander and supplies on a Sunday, and they didn't arrive until the next Tuesday or so (more than one week). But they did get there. So just hang in there HiMagic!

I have received items as soon as the next day. I also have been waiting over 3 weeks for two 1080 tops that I wasn't told were on backorder until 2 weeks went by.

In my experience getting the items in a week or less has been the norm. With the April 1 deadline just over I am sure they are busier then usual.
