Ok I can't get a straight answer or definite picture anywhere I go so....can somebody help me PLEASE?

Concerning the latest model of the Festool T18 SET...model # 576457.  On Festool's website it says it comes with the T18 Drill, (2) 4.0 batteries, charger, and Systainer.  But does it come with EITHER the Right Angle or Eccentric Chucks?

Concerning the T18/Impact combo model 576494, same question.  Does this kit come with EITHER the Right Angle or Eccentric Chuck?  Also is the insert for holding the T18 & Impact a flimsy plastic insert or a nice custom foam insert?  Anybody have a pic of what the inside contents of the 576494 look like?

Thankyou!

From the looks of it there are currently no set versions available with the excentric and right-angle chucks on the festoolusa site (for both the T18 and c18 drills).

It appears that the 576457 doesn't come with the centrotec chuck either.

I bought the Dutch version of the TID PDC set two weeks ago, that set does come with the right-angle chuck for the pdc, but no centrotec chuck (I spent quite some time looking for it, I thought I misplaced it, because I was in a hurry to check out the new version of the pdc right angle chuck (my 2008 protool pdc right-angle chuck didn't have the fastfix collet). The Dutch version of that set came with 1 4.0 and 1 5.2 Ah battery and a non-airstream charger.

They made a universal foam insert for the TID combosets. it fits the TID and the C18/T18/pdc18.  It isn't the most practical insert, (It was a bit of a puzzle to get the auxiliary handle for the pdc out of its cubby-hole), the spot reserved for the keyless chuck for the pdc is too tight to get it out quickly, so I keep it in the spot normally meant for the excentric chuck for the T18/c18. The bigger versions (like this one) of the new systainer don't have the front carry-handle, but a fixed, lookalike handle that can be used to pull it forward out of a bott-vario drawer I guess.

I have an early version of the T18. It came with 3 checks. The Jacobs, a right angle, and an offset. Also had 2 batteries. I use the Jacobs and the offset chucks often.
